Join us for an evening of mindfulness as you lay back, close your eyes, and let the waves of sound wash over you, dissolving stress and tension from your body and mind. Open to all levels, come as you are and embark on a journey of self-discovery and serenity.Reiki by description - is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is based on an idea that an unseen " life force energy" flows through us and which causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low or blocked (we all experience this) then we are more likely to feel unwell or stressed.
Sound Healing - is a unique and ancient form of therapy. Practiced by the sages of ancient Tibet, it is still used today and is one of the most sought after alternative therapies in India and the West.
