Amber is a multi-talented healer, certified yoga instructor, sound healing and ho’oponopono practitioner, Ayurveda coach, and soul coach. Her passion? What’s a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a full-body meditative experience designed to be both therapeutic and restorative. The soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls work at a cellular level, promoting healing, balance, and relaxation.
During the session, you’ll be guided through a combination of breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation. Most participants lie back in a comfortable, supported position to fully absorb the sound wave vibrations. A typical session lasts 30-45 minutes.
