Movement for every body. Discover your path to balance, strength, and connection where all are welcomed. FloState Studio instructors lead classes to cultivate a community deeply rooted in movement. Their mission is, “What we practice on the mat resonates in all aspects of life. The workouts invigorate and challenge, but most importantly, they connect to the joy of movement.”
