Serenity In Stillness: A Restorative Yoga Sound Journey

The Serenity of Stillness invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner calm through gentle yoga, soothing soundscapes, and mindful relaxation techniques.

In this 2-hour immersive experience, Angela will guide you through deeply restorative yoga poses designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for well-being. Each posture will be complemented by live sound featuring instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, gongs and soft drumming, curated to harmonize the body, mind and spirit.

Whether you are seeking relief from stress, a pathway to greater self-awareness, or simply a moment to unwind, this workshop provides a nurturing environment to rest, recharge, and rediscover your inner serenity.

Open to all levels, no prior yoga experience is required. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and inspired.

About Angela:

Angela is an E-RYT 500 instructor, a certified Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She holds a BS in Elementary Education, and is a Reiki Master/Teacher + Sound Healing Practitioner. She graduated from Yoga Yoga in 2010. Her style of teaching is based in the Hatha tradition. Her practices are practical and useful, and help people move their bodies in ways that are beneficial off the mat in everyday life. Angela's classes are always welcoming, fun, and beginner-friendly.
