In a secluded spot in Wasing Park come and join us for an afternoon filled with mindfulness, relaxation, and rejuvenation. This in-person event will allow you to connect with like-minded individuals in a serene and peaceful setting.

We will enjoy journalling, meditating and grounding in nature, swimming in the lake (this is not mandatory) and as an added bonus warm in the beautifully crafted, woodfired Scandinavian sauna as you enjoy the beautiful views and each other's company.
