As the sun sets over the water, you’ll be guided through a relaxing sound bath and meditation to help you unwind and recharge. We’ll also spend time in reflection wfollowed by light, nourishing food and refreshing mocktails.

We’ll have blankets and yoga mats available for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like.
