Slow down and let the bowls do the work. Join me for a gentle, deeply restful sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, soften the mind, and invite your body back into balance.

⏳ 60 minutes of sound + a few minutes to land and integrate
What to bring: a yoga mat or comfy blanket, pillow, water, cozy layers (you’ll be still).
What to expect: crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, breath cues, and lots of space to exhale. No experience needed just come as you are.
