Septemberfest is one of the largest festivals in Illinois, offering quality family entertainment, including an arts & crafts show, craft beer and wine garden, carnival, entertainment on three stages, Taste of Schaumburg with approximately 24 of the Schaumburg area's finest restaurants, Bingo, drone show on Sunday evening, a Labor Day parade on Monday, and free shuttle bus service.
Please note that Septemberfest will still be held on the Municipal Center and Al Larson Cultural Center grounds during the Village Hall construction project continuing through 2026
Admission, shuttle bus service and all general admission lawn seating for musical acts are FREE!
Since its inception, Septemberfest has seen a consistent increase in attendance. The Labor Day celebration historically draws more than 100,000 patrons with most festival attendees from Schaumburg and the surrounding communities. Our Labor Day celebration is rooted in strong support and patronage from residents of Schaumburg and the surrounding suburbs. We're delighted to also welcome attendees from across the greater Chicagoland area and beyond state lines, making Septemberfest the destination to be for Labor Day weekend!
