Join us every month (weather permitting)at ESNP in the Picnic Area at Parking lot 9 for a mindful Yoga asana practice in a beautiful, natural, serene place. When you come into the park, turn right onto Still Hollow Loop Rd ( it’s the only road on your Right ) and drive until you see Parking lot 9, it's further than you think, so don't give up I promise you'll get there!
Bring your mat, water, maybe bug repellent 🙂 & something to go under your mat and a friend or two, it's always more fun with friends!
