Welcome to the Women’s Natural State Wellness Retreat in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
Long before settlers arrived, these Ozark hills were held as a sacred, neutral sanctuary of peace by the Osage, Cherokee, and Quapaw nations.
No conflict was permitted here—only gathering, ritual, and deep restoration. We are returning to those roots to reclaim true, authentic health and real healing.
Guided by the teachings of the 13 Moon Calendar, we have a special framework using the 13 Moons coaching principles that we would like to share with you!

💧 Sacred Spring Tour: Walk the historic paths to honor the pure, living waters that Indigenous ancestors used for fasting and cleansing. We will connect with the mineral-rich, cold springs that have drawn people seeking physical and spiritual restoration for centuries.
🌿 Herbal Wisdom Workshop: Discover the medicine of the earth during a private, immersive session at Lionheart Rising Apothecary.
🔮 Sunday Crystal Waters Workshop: Our final opportunity to learn about Selenite and how to use it to help us integrate our shifts, and anchor deep spiritual clarity.
🥣 Daily Embodiment Practices: Rejuvenating yoga, meditation, and transformative sound bowl healing ✨

That's it! Our group calls will start in August and will be announced on the Discussion section with Google Meet links. We have 4 calls and we recommend you attend at least 2 of them to flow with us on the seasonal aspects of time.
Then, our group text will begin as per the usual schedule the 1st of September. We do this to get to know each other and learn about our goals.
