I'm so looking forward to being back together in September. We’ve so enjoyed being in nature in this lovely weather for our last few circles that we'll be outside again in September! We’ll take a walk from Wells up towards Holkham, we’ll stop and sit by the sea and do a meditation (unfortunately it'll be low tide so not sure there will be any water to take a dip...) before heading back through the pine woods.
Like last time it’s a very relaxed place to just come as you are and share what might be going on for you in a completely non judgemental space, a place to switch off and unwind, a place to meet new friends.
I can’t promise exactly what a circle will be like, as no two are ever the same. However, what I can say is that whenever I sit in circle I feel their restorative power. I feel held by the group of women and soothed in the knowledge that all of me is welcome in the space, and that I don’t have to worry about being judged. That no one will offer unwanted advice or try to fix me. It makes me feel deeply connected, with a great sense of peace and our oneness. Come and join us, and discover the magic of circle for yourself.
Circle is a place to come and sit and be, you don’t need to share if you don’t want to. Being a witness is also an important function of the circle.
Bring a journal in case you'd like to write anything down that comes up and an open heart. ♥️
