Embrace your inner light and treat yourself to a night of self-love, self-care, and relaxation. Join us for a monthly wellness retreat that helps you cleanse and recharge while setting positive intentions for the month to come.
Each wellness retreat will include meditation, creativity, energy balancing, intention setting, and gentle movement. Light refreshments will also be offered.
Taking place at the end of each month, the wellness retreats will focus on individual themes that reflect the incoming month’s energies (please see below).
September 27th: Balance and Completion
Each event is limited to 6 people per event. The price is $20 per person per event. Payment is due at the time of registration at https://www.andys-attic-llc.com/store/p/september-wellness-event. No refunds. This event will be taking place at Andy’s Attic.
It is encouraged to bring a journal with you for the intention setting portion. If you don’t have a journal you can purchase one for a small additional fee paid directly to Niko of Natural Wild Heart.
