Being a real estate investor or small business owner is not for the faint of heart. No matter how far along you are, there always seems to be a problem that keeps you up at night—whether it’s deal flow, tenant headaches, cash flow management, or the latest shiny tool. There’s always noise, and it can feel like you’re carrying it alone.
That’s why for September's event, we’re switching things up a bit. Instead of a speaker, we’ll be hosting our first-ever Community Brainstorm Night—a night dedicated to cutting through the noise and finding signal for your business.
Here’s how it’ll work:
Step 1 – Share your challenge
Each person will bring their biggest current challenge in real estate—maybe it’s finding deals, raising capital, managing contractors, growing a team, or something else entirely.
Step 2 – Breakout roundtables
We’ll split into smaller groups for about 30 minutes (or however long it takes) so everyone gets a chance to share their most pressing issue. Your group will brainstorm, give feedback, and share ideas from different perspectives.
This isn’t just another networking night; we hope you’ll walk away with actionable ideas, solutions, and maybe even new partners to help lighten the load.
Because this is our first interactive event like this, we’d love your feedback at the end of the night so we can refine and make these sessions even better.
