Step into a space created for women: safe, strong, and connected. Our September Sampler is your chance to experience everything Studio She has to offer, all in one evening. Each of our instructors will guide you through a short class segment, from vinyasa & sculpt yoga to barre, pilates, Zumba, cardio dance, meditation, and more
