September New Moon Sound Journey — Frequency Flow Haus
The New Moon is my favorite moon — the sacred pause between what was and what’s becoming. It’s the moment to breathe deeply, to honor the previous cycle with gratitude, and to offer her a soft farewell exhale.
Stepping into a New Moon feels like the fresh Monday morning of the month, a clean slate, a new beginning. With intention, we choose how we want to welcome this next lunar cycle and the direction we want to guide it.
We’ll ease into this fresh start with a short guided meditation, followed by a Sound Journey, a gentle passage from what was to what is, filled with healing vibrations and loving frequency. Together, we’ll step into this month and prepare to welcome the fall season ahead.
Join us at 7:30 PM on Friday, September 11th at the Noblesville Township Community Center for the September New Moon Sound Journey with Frequency Flow Haus.
Please bring your yoga mat and anything that supports your comfort (a pillow, blanket, or leg bolster) as this experience will be spent on the floor. A limited number of lavender-infused weighted eye masks and neck pillows will be available for use.
