Our next meeting is Sunday, Sept 7, at 1:30 PM. We will be having a fabulous show and tell session, so please bring any fair entries you have, as well as your summer projects. We would love to see the fiber you dyed in July, either as skeins or as projects if you’ve started using it. If you have been participating in the Fleece to Socks group, please bring what you are working on. Any stage in the process is fine – we aren’t in a race, and it will be great to see all the different stages of turning Dorset fleece into sock yarn andsocks.
At our September meeting, we will also be starting our guild Challenge for the winter. You may join the Challenge and start your project at any time. We will bring all our completed projects to the April meeting next year. I believe we are having a color challenge this year, so you will be able to select your colors at the
September meeting.
WHAT TO BRING:
• A project to work on
• A treat for refreshments if you wish
• Mug/plate/utensils
• Optional food or toiletry donation for the church’s food pantry
• Show and tell! Your summer projects, fair entries, fiber dyed at the July meeting, Fleece to sock projects
