CEA’s comprehensive birth preparation course runs monthly 🤍
Join us for a supportive and empowering 4-week journey—designed to help you feel informed, confident, and ready for birth and beyond.
✨ Four weekly sessions (2.5 hours each)
Each session gently guides you through understanding how birth works, while giving you practical tools to support a positive experience. You’ll explore:
• Active birth techniques
• Fear release strategies
• Rebozo for comfort and support
• Understanding HypnoBirthing and much much more!
Your support person is an important part of this too. They’ll learn how to be actively involved—offering meaningful, hands-on support throughout labour and into the postpartum period.
We’ll also cover all your options for pain relief—both natural and medical—along with clear, balanced information about common interventions, so you can make informed decisions that feel right for you.
And because birth is just the beginning, we’ll guide you through early parenting, breastfeeding, and what to expect from your newborn in those first precious weeks.
✨ If you’re wanting to feel calm, prepared, and supported—this course is for you. We are a not for profit community org and our aim is to support parents to have a positive birth and early parenting experience.
