Get ready to embark on your yoga journey this September with our powerful 6-week Beginners Yoga Series led by Maria. This series is thoughtfully crafted for those who are new to yoga, allowing you to build a strong and confident foundation on the mat. This will mark our fifth group of 2025.The amazing part is that many of our participants choose to return for additional series, fostering a wonderful community and connections among them. With just a couple of spots remaining, this is a perfect opportunity to join us before Spring arrives.
During the series, you can expect to confidently learn essential yoga poses, breathing techniques, and the fundamental principles that make yoga such a transformative practice. Whether your goals are to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, or simply explore something new, this series serves as the ideal gateway into the world of yoga.
We will kick off the new series on September 11th and conclude on October 16th, with classes held every Thursday from 7 PM to 8 PM for six consecutive weeks. The cost for the six classes is $139, and as an added bonus, participants will receive one free class at the end of the series.
