September is here, bringing cooler weather and cozy vibes—perfect for a night out at the Art Stroll! Stop by and soak up the creativity, and don’t miss Brandi’s handmade candles that are giving us all the fall feels plus make your own candle!
Art Stroll is on Friday, September 5th, 2025! The store will be open late from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with the store being open until 10pm for shopping.
Our Featured Artist is Brandi from Moonstone Aromas.
I was born and raised in Ogden Utah by my dad and grandpa they both owned their own businesses and always inspired me to be an important part of the community. I started out working in restaurants and call centers, I always gave my best and a couple times even earned promotions into management but I never felt fulfilled. In 2018 I was miserable at my job so when I became pregnant with twins and realized my job would only barley cover the cost of day care I took a leap of faith and started the business I’d always dreamed of! I make handmade candles, whipped soap, wax melts and fire starters.
Come get cozy and creative with Brandi during the Art Stroll! For just $15, you can pour your own custom-scented candle to take home—perfect for ushering in the fall season. It’s the ultimate hands-on way to bring warmth and light into your space. Find Brandi pouring candles by the front south windows.
Classes and Events happening during the Art Stroll:
-6:00 to 9:00: There’s nothing like the glow of a handmade candle—especially when you’ve made it yourself! Join Brandi at her candle-making station for just $15 and craft your own personalized candle. It’s quick, fun, and smells amazing! Choose your scent, pour the wax, and leave with something warm, wonderful, and totally you.
-6:00 to 9:00: We are excited to announce our 2nd Annual Oddity Showcase Extravaganza Pop Up Event – 1 Night ONLY! Join us to see incredible curiosities and oddities. See things like a real dinosaur egg, creepy doll, Alice the Alligator and much, much more. Lots of new things this year!! Find this in Classroom A and B. -6:00 to 9:00: Mike will be blowing glass and creating amazing lampwork pieces. Plus he will have some cool oddities to share! Find him in the glassblowing studio.
-6:00 to 9:00: Charm Bar Drop-In with Stephanie & Lance! Stop by and create your very own custom necklace or bracelet at our pop-up Charm Bar! -6:00 to 9:00: Drop in Ring Bar. Stop by and pick out parts for a unique custom-made ring. First pick out a stone, then the bezel (metal that holds the stone), and then pick your silver band style. AND, AND, AND!! We will have a Vintage Silver Spoon Ring Bar too! Pick from a great variety of vintage and antique sterling silver spoon handles. After all pieces are chosen, 16th generation silversmith, Rene, will create your ring while you shop. Ring will generally be ready in less than 30 minutes. Find this in the archway to the studio space.
-6:00 to 9:00 Aunt GGs will bring in fall and Halloween pillowcases. These were made from actual pillow cases mostly vintage with a few contemporary ones too. Sizes range from 12months to 5T. In addition, they grow with the child from a long dress to a short dress then a tunic. Definitely get your money's worth out of them.
In addition, all of her pillow case dresses will be $5 off during art stroll.
6:00 to 9:00: Guest Artist Kai who will be showcasing his incredible and odd pottery! Perfect for the 1 night pop up Oddity Extravaganza. Stop by to see what he has made special for this night! Find him outside the store.
6:00 to 9:00: Guest Artist Ellie will be selling ice cream in her very own ice cream cart that she made! So stop by to taste something yummy!! Find her outside the store.
6:30 to 8:30: Music @ the Collective featuring the Devon Lewis Trio. They stirs up a blend of soul and funk from the streets of Ogden, UT. Devon Lewis (vocals, guitar, saxophone), Nate Meredith (bass), and Bobby Gilgert (percussion) are veterans of the Ogden music scene who joined forces to bring you something special.
