SPACKE IS LIMITED - Ear Tip & Ear Tattoo REQUIRED.
FERAL/Stray Outdoor CATS ONLY - MUST COME IN BOX TRAP--NO EXCEPTIONS! This is for the safety of our volunteers.
ALL CATS WILL BE EAR TIPPED FOR IDENTIFICATION!
Admit 9:00 am - 11 am by appointment only - MUST Register Online here: www.fairchildcat.org/clinics/clinic-reservation-request
**SPACE IS LIMITED---please complete form & follow instructions
Microchip $5 extra. Ovaban Birth Control Available for $5 a bottle.
Bring a secure hard plastic carrier (NO ZIP TIES!) for recovery with 2 towels.
All items must be labeled with your LAST Name and Cat's Name!
EXACT Cash Only due at time of admit.
PICK UP SAME DAY at designated times between 11-2pm.
