Who is ready for some fall holiday crafting?? Melissa and Susan - your Rooted in Heart collaborators - have planned a fun day for you. Join us and walk away with 14 cards all featuring new items from the Holiday Catalog and Online Exclusives-- fall, Christmas, and even a few birthday cards thrown in there! We will meet Monday, September 1st from 10 am – 3:00 pm at the Engage Retreat Center in Dripping Springs.
Engage is a new location for our stamp camps and is located at 1425 W. Highway 290 in Dripping Springs.
This Stamp Camp has two options – either in-person or to go for $55, which includes over $20 in product that you can continue to play with after the event is over, payable by Wednesday, August 20th.
The schedule for the day is:
10-Noon: Gathering Together Cards
Noon-1:00 pm: Lunch provided by Susan & Melissa
1:00-3:00 pm: 6 Cards featuring the Joyful Days Memories & More Cards and 4 cards featuring the Long Time No See Stamp Set
As always, both classes will introduce some new approaches & ideas that you can use in your cardmaking.
What do I bring? Basic crafting tools, including scissors, paper trimmer, and your favorite adhesives, and maybe a few Blend markers if you have them. Everything else is provided.
Want an extra door prize ticket? We always run a charity component to our event but this time we are running it a little different, with raffle tickets being sold and 100% of the proceeds going to the Kerrville flooding relief group Mercy Chefs. We have selected a bundle and two stamp sets that are sure to make you want to stamp and help others out! Raffle tickets are $5 each, 3 for $10, 10 for $20. (Also, consider bringing a card to give that includes a handwritten note from you for our frontline workers during this disaster recovery process!)
