Refund Policy
At DrinkUpinNYC, all ticket sales for our boat party events are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including changes in plans, weather conditions, illness, or missed departures.
However, we allow ticket transfers to another date if the request is made at least 72 hours before the original event date. Transfers are subject to availability and can only be done once. To request a transfer, email [email protected] with your original ticket details (name, event date, and ticket number) and your preferred new date. We will confirm availability and process your request within 48 hours.
If DrinkUpinNYC cancels or reschedules an event, you will be notified and given the option to transfer your tickets or receive a full refund.

Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to our event, you agree to the following terms:
- No Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal illness, travel complications, or change of plans.
- Event Admission: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. The event is strictly 21+.
- Dress Code and Conduct: Attendees must adhere to the event’s costume guidelines, which prohibit weapons, spikes, realistic prop guns, and masks that cannot be removed. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any individual not complying with these guidelines or behaving inappropriately.
- Event Changes: The event organizer reserves the right to make adjustments to the event’s time, location, or lineup as needed. No refunds will be given for any such changes.
- Liability: By attending, you assume all risks associated with the event. The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, lost items, or property damage that may occur during the event.
- Management Rights: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the event at their discretion.
