SEPNA Pallet City Nerf War
Advertisement
This is the first ever attempt at running an event like this. It will be a player vs. player high fps Nerf war with a layout that will be entirely new every year should I decide to keep running these. The playing field will be made entirely out of pallets and whatever else I had on hand with a series of temporary structures.
FPS caps (all half lengths to be tested with 1 gram darts):
1. Manual Primed: 250 fps
2. Semi/automatic: 180 fps
3. Single shots: 300 fps
4. Mega: 120 fps
5. Mega XL: 80 FPS
-Melee can block all darts, rockets or sock bombs, tag players with a tap, NOT A SWING.
-Small shields will have no restrictions, large shields will limit mag sizes with blasters to 6 rounds unless otherwise specificized. If you wish to run 2 large shields, go for it, but you cannot tag players.
-Shields can be tagged with Mega darts, if the shield is hit, that is still an out.
-Shields are destroyed with Mega XL, throwables or rockets, it must be dropped for the rest of the round, HOWEVER, you are not limited to one shield per round.
Under all other circumstances, whether it be blaster, person or gear (including capes), a hit is a tag. However, ricochets only count with vortex and throwables, if they are still in motion, they can still tag you.
Eye protection is required, face masks recommended.
