Line-up for businesses is 5:00pm at Altoona City Hall, 900 Venbury Dr. Do NOT come earlier, they are conducting business until 4:30pm. You must come fully assembled. There will be no parent drop-off and/or parking of extra vehicles within the surrounding neighborhoods.
Residents of that area - it will be difficult to get out of the area from 5pm - 7:00pm, so please plan accordingly.
As usual, this is a super fun event for everyone in the SEP CSD! Please don't throw candy hard into crowds; parents, PLEASE don't let your children dart out into the street; BE PATIENT - someone has to be last, so be the best last float there is, and be understanding of the process and time it takes to organize an event of this magnitude! Bad attitudes are a buzz K*ll!
