Sentinels of Climate Change: Tidal Marsh Birds and Their Conservation
Advertisement
As sea levels rise, tidal salt marshes are drowning. The birds that depend on them, especially the threatened Saltmarsh Sparrow, are paying the price. Join UNH Professor of Wildlife Biology Adrienne Kovach for a discussion of these impacts, ongoing conservation efforts on behalf of the species, and how we are evaluating the success of these efforts. All ages welcome.
