Sentinel Sound Immersion: Weekend Healing Meditations

Join Sentinel Sound for a powerful Sound Immersion experience at The 23 Gallery, a dynamic space committed to community and revitalization in Portland's Old Town.

Through the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and other resonant instruments, this practice offers an accessible way for everyone to find deep calm, mental clarity, and energetic balance. We are offering this unique opportunity at a community-focused price to support local efforts.

This series is led by Michelle, the founder of Sentinel Sound LLC and a certified member of the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA).

No commitment required! While we host a bi-monthly series, each date is a standalone event, and you are welcome to sign up for just one session at a time.

Please Arrive by 12:50 PM: To ensure a tranquil environment for everyone, we begin promptly at 2:00 PM. Your timely arrival allows you to comfortably settle in and helps us maintain a shared sense of calm.

The event takes place in a large room on the 2nd floor, located directly to the left of the main stairs.

The building is fully handicap accessible with an elevator available for use.

This practice is experienced lying down (recommended) or sitting. To ensure your ultimate comfort during the hour-long immersion, please bring implements such as:

• Yoga mats or thick padding
• Blankets (for warmth)
• Pillows (for head and knee support)
• Eye masks or a scarf (to enhance relaxation)
