Come wearing layers because this class is hot!
This workshop will explore sensual movements, including floorwork, hair tossing, body tracing, walking, and (you guessed it) shirt peels. We’ll begin with a 20-minute warm-up to prepare your body to explore curves and accents. After the warm-up we'll learn movements in standing, kneeling, and walking positions, with options to adapt everything to the dancers in the room.
What to Wear: If you prefer not to expose skin during the shirt peels, you’re welcome to bring two shirts to wear during the movement. Ballet slippers, dance socks, or bare feet are all appropriate foot attire. Knee pads are highly recommended, or you can wear double layers around your knees, especially if they’re sensitive.
