About this Event
What if the love you’ve been seeking has been within you all along?
Sensuality and Sound is a transformational evening designed to guide you back home to yourself. In a world that often asks us to seek love externally, this experience is an invitation to turn inward, reconnecting with the love, wisdom, and sensuality that already reside within.
As Valentine’s Day approaches, we’re often bombarded with messages about finding love outside of ourselves. But what if we reframed this moment to focus on nurturing the love that lives within us? Through movement, sound, and connection, this experience will ground you in the truth of your wholeness and allow you to explore the power of embodiment.
This evening offers a sacred space to honor your sensuality, awaken your senses, and experience the healing power of sound and community.
What to Expect
Guided Movement Embodiment Practice (led by Jordan)
The evening begins with an invitation home to your body, exploring the four gateways of embodiment: breath, movement, touch, and sound. Guided by Jordan, you’ll step into a deeply intentional movement practice designed to help you connect with your body’s natural wisdom, release stored tension, and awaken your sensuality. With the soothing resonance of sound bowls played in the background, you’ll explore gentle, intuitive movements that invite presence, self-expression, and self-love.
Sound Healing Journey (led by Lacey)
Following the movement practice, the experience transitions into a deeply nourishing sound healing. Lacey will guide you deeper into a relaxing sound healing journey using singing bowls and other sacred instruments to create vibrational frequencies that promote relaxation, balance, and clarity. This meditative experience will help you integrate the evening’s energy and leave you feeling grounded and restored.
Integration & Sharing
We’ll close the evening with time for journaling, reflection, and a sharing circle. This is a moment to anchor the transformation of the evening into your heart and body while connecting with the other women in the space.

Why This Event Matters
We live in a culture that prioritizes productivity and external validation, leaving many of us disconnected from our bodies and inner wisdom. Sensuality and Sound is an intentional pause—a chance to reclaim your connection to yourself and your sensuality in a safe and supportive environment.
This experience is about so much more than relaxation. It’s about rediscovering the love that already resides within you, learning to see your body as a home rather than a project, and cultivating a sense of presence and pleasure that extends beyond this evening.
As we approach Valentine’s Day, let this be a reminder: the love you seek is already here. It’s waiting for you in the stillness, in the breath, in the movement, and in the sound.
