A slow embodied journey into softness, presence & pleasure!
This deeply nurturing practice invites you to come home to your body through mindful movement, breath, and somatic awareness. Blending the restorative stillness of yoga with gentle sensual exploration, we’ll unwind layers of tension, cultivate inner safety, and awaken the body’s innate capacity for pleasure and self-love.
Through slow, intuitive poses, guided touch, breathwork, and meditative reflection, you’ll learn to:
* Ground into your body and reconnect with your natural rhythms
* Release stored tension and emotional residue through somatic awareness
* Explore sensuality as a sacred, self-honoring experience
* Rebuild trust, compassion, and love for yourself from the inside out
All bodies and levels of experience are welcome. This is a trauma-informed, non-sexual space that honors your boundaries, emotions, personal pace, and radical self-love.
