Sensual. Sacred. Sovereign. is an immersive embodiment workshop created for women longing to come home to their bodies as sacred vessels of sensuality, love and power. It’s a guided full-body experience for women ready to remember who they are beyond roles, expectations, or holding back. We create a space where you feel safe to be seen, held in your expression, and free to show up as your whole self - a complex human, radiant being, and fully alive.
You’ll be gently guided back to your body, your breath, and your essence. Through intuitive expressive movement and dance, somatic coaching, and embodiment practices, you’ll reconnect with the innate wisdom that lives within you - the one that speaks in sensation, silence, rhythm, and heart.
Every element of this experience, from the practices to the space to the soul-stirring soundscape, is chosen with the intention to help you feel, release, reconnect to yourself and emerge embodying more of who you are and how you desire to feel.
