The sensual chakra workshop is a journey of the chakras through multiple senses to improve your ability of exploring the benefits of each individual chakra. We will offer these modalities to explore the chakras:
- doTERRA essential oils to awaken the sense of smell (optional)
- Atma Buti (Sanskrit for “soul medicine”) set of diatonically paired to the chakras Himalayan singing bowls to activate your sense of sound
- Open-level, chakra balancing yoga practice to enliven your sense of feeling and touch
- The most beautiful yoga studio on the planet to soften your vision
Throughout this practice, we will discuss how the individual chakras can be realigned to promote a better understanding of your emotional, physical and mental needs.
