Together, these instruments combine rich, layered vibrations that support relaxation and overall well-being.
Sound has a measurable impact on the nervous system. Much like the natural resonance of a thunderstorm can evoke a sense of calm, specific sound frequencies can help regulate brain activity. Please bring a mat, pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable on the wood floor. We have a limited supply of mats, blankets and bolsters in the space for use as well.
