Sensual Fit - Adult Heels Dance Class

Join us for Sensual Fit, where movement meets empowerment! This class is designed to help you feel confident, strong, and connected to your body while having fun in a supportive and encouraging environment.

What to Expect:

• Warm-Up & Conditioning: Build strength and flexibility with targeted exercises to prepare your body for dancing in heels.
• Across-the-Floor Drills: Practice balance, technique, and graceful transitions to move with confidence.
• Choreography: Learn a sensual, empowering dance routine to unleash your inner star.
• Supportive Vibes: All levels are welcome—no prior dance experience needed!

What You’ll Need:

• Comfortable heels (optional)
• Workout attire or clothing you can move in freely
• Knee pads (optional)
• Water bottle

I release the organizers, instructors, and venue from any liability related to my participation.
