We will start with a warm up and some sexy exercises to get you feeling in the mood and comfortable. We will then move on to a short sassy dance routine that you can rock with or without heels!

You'll be learning a sensual bedroom choreography that will boost your confidence.

You are going to learn everything you need to know to be able to impress your partner and tone your entire body at the same time.

This Masterclass covers floor moves, the introduction of some serious chair moves, and culminates with some classy and raunchy routines.

Lidiaana has over 20 years of experience on being on stage as a singer as well as a dancer.

She has started out as a ballet dancer at the New York City dance school, went on to study various other dance styles and has gone on to win several awards. Recently she has danced in Music Videos for Artists such as Grammy Award Winner Jennifer Hudson, Zayn Malik, Fergie, Stormzy, Emeli Sandé, Olamide, Stefflon Don and many more.
