This class invites you to explore the art of sensuality through elegant choreography and fluid motion. Under Jennifer’s guidance, you'll engage in dynamic exercises that blend dance, yoga, exotic dance, and body confidence exercises, fostering both physical grace and emotional liberation. The environment is designed to be supportive and empowering, allowing you to deepen your connection to your body and embrace your inner confidence one sensual move at a time.

All levels including those with limited mobility are welcome!

We are on a mission to help women find and celebrate confidence through trauma-informed, transformative, and empowering portrait experiences in our studio, community educational events, and philanthropic work.
