In this workshop, we’ll blend gentle movement, grounding breathwork, and foundational belly dance techniques to help you feel more confident, embodied, and expressive in your body.  No dance experience needed.

In this workshop we’ll explore:
• Body awareness
• Mirror work & guided self-reflection
• Beginner belly dance foundations
• Hip & chest isolations
• Sensual flow combinations
• A short choreography to bring it all together.

This class is less about perfection and more about connection to your body, your movement, and your inner sensuality. Expect a supportive, welcoming environment where you can explore movement freely and feel empowered in your own rhythm.
