In this fun-filled show, pigs will perform exciting tricks to music and the cues of renowned animal trainer and performer John Vincent. John tells a story that educates and weaves the animals through a series of tricks. See simple dog-like tricks like sit-up, lay-down, play-dead, and fetch to unbelievably difficult ones. This crowd pleaser has been thrilling audiences at fairs and other events, entertaining thousands all over America since 1991.
What makes these performances sensory-inclusive?
These hour long performances are modified to create a welcoming and supportive environment for children and adults on the autism spectrum as well as individuals with other sensitivity issues or developmental disabilities. Performers and LTAC staff work together to ensure there are no startling noises or visually over-stimulating components. Our team keeps sound levels lower than normal and keeps the lights in the audience higher than normal, ensuring audience members can see each other. Audience members are free to come and go if need be (there is always a “quiet room” available) and are asked to wave hands rather than clapping.
