We’re turning the sound down and creating a relaxed, fun and supportive atmosphere that welcomes people on the autism spectrum or with other access requirements to experience Queensland Museum exhibitions and activities including the Jurassic World by Brickman® exhibition.Our Sensory Friendly Sessions create a supportive environment where people of all ages can spend quiet time, wander at their own pace, and engage in conversations with museum staff.
Special exhibitions including Jurassic World by Brickman® are paid entry and numbers are strictly limited. Your paid ticket includes access to the museum’s permanent galleries, excluding SparkLab.
Companion cards and children under 3 years old are free, however they must have a ticket.
A designated quiet area will be available for those who require it. Limited quantities of earmuffs are available from the Cloakroom on Level 2 and Jurassic World by Brickman® exhibition entries.
Entry to ticketed exhibitions will be strictly limited to ensure visitors can comfortably explore the museum. Bookings are essential.
