Tips & Reminders for your Splash Day!
Changing Area -separate men’s and women’s areas with showers are available. Family changing areas are also available. Please do not leave personal belongings in this area.
Towels – Towels are NOT provided. Please be sure that you bring towels with you.
Food & Drink – available for purchase on-site (allergies/special diet needs to be listed with registration) A small lunch box cooler will be allowed for special dietary needs but must be disclosed and labeled by Splash Lagoon staff during check-in.
Where to put your stuff – lockers are available for guests to rent at the Surf Shop
Cancellation/Refunds: Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the Family Sensory & Social event date, will receive a full refund minus the fees. We are unable to make any refunds after the 7-day period. Thank you for your understanding.
