Sensory Experience Workshop!

Due to popular demand, we are back for another Sensory Experience Workshop!

We’re inviting you to experience first-hand the power of sensory-focused movement and therapy.

This interactive workshop is designed for both kids and adults, of all ages and abilities, and will include:

✅ Hands-on Sensory Activities for school aged children – Engage in fun, therapeutic exercises and discover how they support focus, regulation, and development. This will include fun-filled sensory circuits (involving equipment like mini trampoline, sensory swing, balancing stepping stones, spinning chair, scooter boards etc).
✅ Baby Sensory Play activities – Fun, messy sensory activities will be included, so be sure to bring your little ones along to join in the fun.

✅ Expert Insights from an Occupational Therapist – Learn more about sensory processing from Jen Ortiz - an OT with over 10 years of experience. Delve a little deeper into practical strategies and ways to support sensory processing needs.
