Who can participate: This experience is open to any woman over the age of 16 who is interested in exploring her own creativity and wants to immerse herself in the world of visual arts, art therapy, collage, meditation, mental health and self-knowledge.

What to expect: This experience, in addition to presenting the possibilities of the analogue collage technique, also disseminates an empirical method of creation, valuing the process of image construction, through the senses and self-knowledge. The dynamics of the Sensitive Collage project consist of creative exercises that induce the emergence of symbolic images, enabling psychic organisation through materialisation and opening up possibilities for these contents to be integrated into consciousness.

Objectives of the experience:
· To expand creative vision and intuition;
· Cultivate presence;
· To inspire creativity;
· Practice mindfulness;
· Promote mental health;
· Materialise different feelings in a subjective way through collage.

Project creator: Vanessa Neuber is a Brazilian visual artist, educator, illustrator and poet based in Berlin. She holds a degree in Design and a postgraduate qualification in Art History and Analytical Psychology, with a focus on Mythology, Tales and the Arts. In addition, Vanessa has deepened her knowledge of art therapy through the courses “Healing With The Arts” (University of Florida) and SoulCollage®, a method created by Seena B. Frost. Collage and poetry have always been fundamental pillars of her creative journey, serving as powerful tools for inspiration, and meditation enhances this creative process. Her projects have been presented at various exhibitions, fairs, workshops and courses across Latin America and Europe.
