A gentle day to slow down, listen more deeply, be in nature and see a life situation differently. This is an invitation to spend a gentle day with two practices I love: Chinese tea ceremony and systemic constellations.
We’ll start with tea — a simple shared ritual to slow down, arrive in our bodies, and settle together.
From there, we’ll move into a small constellation circle, using the medicine wheel and objects to gently map a situation in your life and sense what might be moving beneath the surface.
I experience both tea and constellations as quiet but powerful medicines — ways of listening more deeply, seeing things differently, and finding a clearer next step when something feels stuck or uncertain.
There’s a saying I love: when things are uncertain, drink tea; when things are going well, drink tea.
I invite you to drink tea with me in a ceremonial space on my beautiful land amongst the tress and bird song.
This day is for you if:
> Something in your life feels unclear, stuck, or at a threshold
> You’re curious to explore a life situation in a grounded, experiential way
> You’re drawn to quieter, intimate spaces rather than big workshops
You value nature, presence, and deeper ways of understanding what’s going on beneath the surface
You don’t need any prior experience with tea, constellations or the medicine wheel.
The process is gentle, spacious, and fully invitational.
