Starting with surprise snacks at different points on the farm as Richard takes us on the sensory journey of food and the senses crafted by head chef Jack Powlay.

Salt, sweet, umami, sour, and bitter are all explored with each sensory snack and in-depth chats with Richard and Jack about all the beautiful components.

Then inside to enjoy our house-made bread, and vegetables from the farm raw and preserved.
Fried zucchini flowers, ricotta, lemon, purple basil.
Smoked rainbow trout, nasturtium, cucumber, and burnt leek.

Whole local duck smoked over pine needles, beetroot puree, wild berries and spruce oil sauce.
