About this Event
Spring is the season of blooming: when life begins to leap into motion.
This experience creates space for attunement : where mudra shapes awareness, mantra carries intention, and the voice becomes a living bridge between body and element.
Together, we listen beneath the surface and allow what has been quietly planted to gently arise.
Led by Serena Malkani and Jesse Jonathan, the session moves through earth, water, fire, air, and ether as felt qualities within the body: grounding, flowing, warming, expanding, and opening into space.
Each element unfolds through:
- Intentional mudra to shape perception
- Sanskrit mantra to anchor awareness
- Vocal meditation to awaken sensation
The voice is approached as a living field of vibration, something to inhabit and feel from within.
The experience culminates in a sealing sound journey: with improvised piano flow, marimba and crystal bowl immersion designed to gather the subtle shifts of the practice..
No musical experience is necessary. Participation can be active or receptive.
What to Expect
• Elemental mudra practice • Sanskrit mantra with translation • Guided somatic vocal exploration • Sound Journey featuring piano flow, marimba + crystal bowl immersion
