Participants will be encouraged to share meaningful moments from their past—whether through spoken stories, photos, or reflections—celebrating the diverse and colorful experiences that connect us to Latin American history and culture.
Whether you grew up in Latin America or simply hold it close to your heart, this workshop is a chance to reflect, connect, and celebrate the past together.

Latin American Heritage Month (LAHM) Festival is an annual celebration in BC that highlights the rich cultural diversity, traditions, and contributions of Latin American communities. Organized by , a non-profit that connects Latin American and Canadian cultures, the festival runs from the middle of October to the beginning of November and features a variety of activities, including music, dance performances, film screenings, art exhibitions, and culinary experiences.
