Are you booked on to our Seniors Strong TM Classes in Bramshall? Our fun group fitness class for age 60 plus.
Improve your mobility & flexibility, enjoy healthy hearts cardio and improve functional movements that aid falls prevention and more, with our fun group exercise class for seniors over 60. All set to great 60's, 70's & Motown music!
Bookings are now being taken ready for starting back on Thursday 4th September 6.00 -7.00pm at Bramshall Village Hall, Bramshall, Near Uttoxeter.
Booking is essential for this class to ensure safe exercise participation. Classes cost £7 and are run on a pay as you go basis, with discounts available for partners from the same household.
You will need a botle of water and a towel for this class..
