Seniors Fight Back FREE Self-Defense Class

Our nonprofit, Seniors Fight Back was formed in May 2021 due to the surge of attacks targeting the seniors in the community during COVID. Our team is 100% volunteer-run and offer free self-defense classes to the community. Since we formed, we've provided tools and resources to nearly 10,000 members of the community and were awarded the Nonprofit of the Year Award from the California State Legislature.

Classes are taught by professional Muay Thai fighter, Ron Scolesdang who has over 20 years of self-defense experience. During class, the focus is on noninvasive techniques including situational awareness, body language and voice. IF and ONLY IF the person still wants to attack no matter what, the invasive techniques are taught including clinch, elbow and knee. All participants receive a complimentary pepper spray/safety alarm.
