Senior Strong/Core Strength!
Do you sit at a desk all day and feel hunched over?
Our original class was called Senior Strong! and is made up of exercises recommended to strengthen the core muscles for seniors. Pam realized that this applies to more than just seniors and changed it to Core Strength! for everyone!
We're starting with our morning session and will soon be adding an evening session for the benefit of those who work.
The class includes seated, standing and floor/mat work.
