Join us for a chair based stretch and balance class with Heidi Draisey from Spirited Yoga and Wellness on Wednesdays August 6 and 27th from Noon to 12:45p at the Marshalltown Senior Citizen's Center!
You are invited to participate in this gentle exercise class focused on fundamental, relaxing stretches with some time devoted at the end for everyday practical balance and stress relieving breathing practices benefiting the body and the mind!
No cost to attend. Modifications for many abilities provided. No prior experience is necessary. All seniors 55+ welcome at the Marshalltown Senior Citizen's Center!
