Parks & Recreation is excited to introduce a new Senior Strength & Balance class!This class is designed to increase your strength while also improving balance by toning muscles with a variety of light to moderate weight exercises. This is a complete body workout using various muscle groups. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls.
